Our team has utilized the services of Central Escrow Group in Huntington Beach for over 10 years.

Lori Jones is Central Escrow Group HB's operations and business development manager, she tirelessly supports our local realtors, brokers and affiliates by creating, orchestrating and participating in our weekly Orange County Association of Realtors (OCR) Broker Tour meetings, regular affiliate functions and huge charitable, fundraising events for the local community.

Heidi James is our escrow officer. She is extremely knowledgeable and brings decades of experience to our transactions. Since she has been in escrow for so long she personally knows most, if not all, of the title reps, NHD reps, Home Warranty reps, lenders etc. and works tirelessly behind the scenes to create a seamless and smooth transaction which quite honestly reflects upon us as agents and brokers long after the sale is complete. Heidi is on her game and anticipates and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and that everything is documented, thus protecting all involved. 

We have also had the pleasure of working with Kim Chan on our occasional Manufactured home sales. She is also very knowledgeable which is important when an agent does not do these kinds of sales regularly. It's nice to have an advocate that you trust when in a different facet of Real Estate.
